Taska End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions for using Taska ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any illegal activities or to infringe on the rights of others
- Circumvent or disable any security features of the App
3. Account and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Some features of the App require you to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3.3 Guest Mode
You may use the App in guest mode without signing in. However, in guest mode, data is stored only on your device and may be lost if you sign out or delete the App.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Taska Pro
The App offers a paid subscription called "Taska Pro" that provides additional features.
4.2 Payments
Subscription fees are charged through your chosen payment method. Payments are processed according to the terms of the distribution platform.
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds for subscription fees are subject to the refund policies of the Distribution platform.
5. User Data
5.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all tasks, lists, and other content you enter into the App ("User Data").
5.2 Data Usage
We use User Data solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and supporting the App's services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
5.3 Data Backup
User data for signed-in users is automatically backed up to the cloud. However, we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend backing up important data separately.
6. Location Services
6.1 Use of Location Information
The App uses location information to provide location-based task management features. The use of location information is optional and requires your explicit permission.
6.2 Background Location
The App may collect location information in the background to provide location-based notifications. This feature can be disabled in your device settings.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and all its content, features, and design (excluding User Data) are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 As-Is Basis
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2 Service Interruptions
We may suspend or interrupt the App's services without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
8.3 Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services such as Google, Apple, and Firebase. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
- Loss or corruption of data
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Acts or omissions of third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Your use of the App
11. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or at our discretion.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall remain in effect.
